You will love its “berry” good, tart flavor in hard candy, gummies, slushies, and more. Its electric taste will bring back childhood memories of hot summer days cooling-off with popsicles in hand and flaunting blue-streaked tongues with friends. 

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening. Add liquefied coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).

Our Blue Raspberry Super-Strength is clear and has no added color.
